The All Saints' Foundation

Background & History

The All Saints' Foundation

All Saints’ Foundation was established in July 2006 in order to help preserve our church’s future by encouraging legacy giving in the form of endowments and bequests. These gifts are then invested and the income earned is given to the church to support the preservation of its properties and programs.

The church is a magnificent gift from our forebearers and we feel we have a moral and spiritual responsibility to pass this gift on to future generations. A gift to the Foundation is not a substitute for your weekly offerings. In truth the church needs both.

Gifts can take a number of different forms; gifts of shares, stocks, bonds, cash, real estate, life insurance policy or an annuity. Most donors will make arrangements for these gifts in their last will and testament. Memorial gifts are also welcomed.

There are many tax benefits to be gained but the full extent of these benefits can only be assessed at the time of your donation, with the help of your financial advisers.

To find out more about how to go about making a bequest please contact us.

We would also like to encourage our congregation to become members of the Foundation for the very small fee of $5. As a member you will have a voice in planning the Foundation’s future.
