Penny Bourne

Penny comes from an Army family and attended schools in several countries. She and her husband, Anthony, moved from London to Canada in 1975 and lived in Toronto, where she ran her own retail business, before moving to Collingwood in 2010. She is a member of the All Saints Choir, has served as a member of the Curriculum Committee of the GTLLI and is on the Management team of a local Probus club. She is the proud mother of three and grandmother of seven.

Penny is grateful for the opportunity to serve the All Saints’ community as a Deputy Warden.
